What is the difference between codes and ID top-ups?
A voucher gives you a code to redeem. For an ID top-up, provide the player ID and our team fulfils the top-up for that account.
Are all orders instant?
Card and voucher codes are delivered on purchase. Player ID top-ups are processed, with status tracking until completion.
How do I fund my wallet?
Make a bank transfer and attach the receipt. Once our team approves the deposit, you can use your balance.
Can I connect my store directly?
Yes, through Salla or our API. The NEXCODE API lets you retrieve products and balances, create orders, and track them.
What does Processing mean?
The order is recorded and fulfilment is not yet final. Wait for a status update without purchasing the same order again.
Is my balance refunded if an order is rejected?
If an order charged to your wallet is rejected or definitively fails without fulfilment, the refund is processed according to its transaction record. Refund policy ↗
